Dologi is a thinking-skills app for children. We collect as little data as we can. This policy explains what the app keeps, where it is stored and what you can do about it. Questions: [email protected].
Data that stays on the device
Everything about your child stays on the device where the app is installed (on the web version: in the browser's storage). We do not receive it:
- player profiles: a nickname, birth year, an avatar built from shapes, and the language;
- progress: stars, skill levels, puzzle results and play time;
- creations from the creative corner: drawings, robot programs and music;
- family goals and the settings chosen in the parents' area.
There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking tools in the app or on this website. We do not sell or share data.
Downloading puzzles
The app downloads new puzzle content from our server. Like any download, the request contains technical information such as an IP address and the type of device or browser. We use it only to deliver the files. Our server does not keep access logs; our network provider may keep short-lived technical logs for security.
Parent account (optional)
The app works without an account. A parent may create one to unlock a subscription on the web version. We then keep:
- the email address and the preferred language;
- the subscription status (which plan, until when), received from the app store.
When you sign in with another account provider, we receive only your email address. Account data is stored on our server in Singapore. You can delete the account at any time in the parents' area or on the web; this deletes the data above.
Purchases
Subscriptions are sold through the app store on your device. Payment details stay with the store. We receive only the subscription status, through a subscription management service.
Device backups
Your phone or tablet may include app data in its own backups, depending on the device settings. Those backups follow the terms of your device platform.
Deleting data
- In the parents' area: delete a player, or all data on the device.
- Uninstalling the app deletes the data on the device.
- Parent account: delete it in the parents' area or on the web, or write to us.
Children
Dologi is made for children and used with a parent. The parents' area is behind a parent gate. The app does not ask children for personal information and does not send their data to us.
Changes
We will publish any change on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use data, we will say so in the app.
